Southern Cruisers Riding Club
On August 18, 2010, Star City held our regular bi-monthly club meeting at Famous Anthony’s on Williamson Road.  
Dallas hollered, “We’re ready!” and Toeman called the meeting to order at 6:57PM

    Welcome to Star City our newest member: Rob Cox  
    Rob rides a 2010 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Trike

        Rounds:  Shared stories and happenings from the State Rally
                  
    Old Business:
    State Rally Re-cap
    Drinking and Riding Policies
    Star City will continue to ride as a group within a group at events and poker-run style rides

    New Business:
    ·        Club Meetings moving back to 1st and 3rd Wednesday nights at Famous Anthony’s beginning October 6th
    ·        Capital City Chapter in Richmond is holding the Meet ‘n Greet for 2011
    ·        VA State Rally for 2011 will be in Lynchburg
    ·        Roadhog brought in an example of Personal Medication Record packet we can keep on our bikes,
             courtesy of CVS Pharmacy. Grape is looking into getting them for the club.
    .        Illegal to ride using ear-phones

    Danville Poker Run & Wing Fest Club Ride

    Club ride- KSU at 900am- Hardees-460 Support Ride for Danville's River City Chapter & Ride to promote
    the club around town- we will be going to Danville then the wing festival at 5p

    Pre-Ride for VA Truck Center Event
    When Saturday, Sep 4, 2010
    Club Meeting & Ride: Thrasher Park, near hardees-460, 9:00am with pre-ride route to follow.

    VA Truck Center:
    When Saturday, Sep 11, 2010: Serving as Road Captains. 100 bikes expected.  Good membership
    opportunity.
