Southern Cruisers Riding Club
On October 6, 2010, Star City held our regular bi-monthly club meeting at Famous Anthony’s on Williamson Road.
With a little prodding, Dallas shouted his, “We’re Ready” and Toeman called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Meeting ended at 7:50pm

- Trip to Raleigh, NC
- AMVETS Poker Run
- Forum list for Veterans Christmas Gifts: Go there and list your donations
- New Business:
- Club Christmas Party Menu Selections made.
- We decided on:
- 1. Oven baked chicken
2. Sliced Roast Beef
3. Red skin garlic mashed potatoes
4. Buttered Corn
5. Green Beans
6. Chocolate Chip Pie
- Party will be at Don Ho’s December 11, 2010
- Wrap Party on Sunday, November 28 has been moved to Toeman & Pinky’s house
- Groundhog proposed that at all future events where we have a chase vehicle and trailer for the club’s
benefit that members attending will chip in to help with the vehicle owners cost for gasoline. Idea
received unanimous approval. - Club will attend the 2011 Asheboro event, but staying in motel.
- Rounds:
- Gummy shared a story with us about the excellent work and heart of St Jude Children’s Hospital.
- They truly do save lives, and they do it at no cost to their patients! When you see Gummy, ask him to tell
you the story. Words, here, cannot do it justice.
