    Hey, everyone.

    As you know, the Apple Valley Chapter is hosting the 2010 Meet and Greet in Front Royal, VA.
    The date is 4/10/10 at Pavillion #1 at Bing Crosby Stadium Park. There is no street address for
    the stadium. However, the Youth Center is about 200 yards from the stadium. The address for
    the Youth Center is 200 East 8th. St., Front Royal, VA 22630. When you turn onto East 8th.
    Street to get to the Youth Center, the YC will be on your left. If you continue on East 8th.
    Street across the little bridge you will take your first left. At this point, Bing Crosby Stadium
    will be on your right. Continue down that driveway into the park. Our pavilion will be the large
    pavilion on your left, the last one before the softball fields.

    Because we are having this Meet-n-Greet on county property, we can't sell anything at the
    event. So, we will be pre-selling tickets for the food. There will be two choices for meals. The
    menu, and pricing, is attached. Since we can't sell the food at the event, I'm asking all First
    Officers to handle food orders from their respective chapter members. All of you please send
    me a list (can be a spreadsheet or something electronic) that contains

    1 - Chapter name
    2 - Member's name
    3 - Menu choice for that member
    4 - Check covering his/her menu choice (can be multiple meals if they want, just include total
    on the check) *** Even if sending me an electronic list, please include it in the envelope with
    the checks when sending them to me via USPS ***

    I know this is kind of a hassle, however, it's the only way we can have the food available. The
    way this will work is that when you get to the M-n-G you'll check-in at the, uh, er, umm, Check-
    In Table. Once we verify what menu item the chapter member has pre-paid for, (s)he will get a
    ticket. When they're ready to eat, they'll take the ticket to the food trailer and pick up their
    order.

    Darrin has been working real hard for us in securing some great door prizes so I think we'll
    have a great time. I'm sure I'll be in touch again later as we refine our plans.
